Substrate

Using 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the appearance is sandblasted matte texture, balancing lightweight, heat dissipation and cutting performance.

Processing technology

1. Cutting thick aluminum bars and rough milling to remove a large amount of excess inside the cavity;

2. Five axis linkage precision machining of outer circles, six sets of large holes, long grooves, positioning micro holes, and outer wall weight reduction grooves;

3. Fine milling of the inner wall of the cavity ensures smooth flow channels and reduces fluid resistance;

4. Whole sandblasting surface treatment to eliminate knife marks and improve rust prevention and appearance consistency;

5. The dimensional tolerance of all holes and slots is controlled within ± 0.02mm, and the accuracy of multi-channel coaxiality and parallelism is high.

Function Description of Structural Partition

1. Upper end face (assembly sealing face)

Six equally divided circular through holes: six independent gas/oil fluid channels, which can achieve diversion and convergence;

Center double long slot+3 micro holes: used for cover plate positioning locking, sensor wiring, and medium pressure balance holes;

Irregular chamfer on the outer edge: Suitable for sealing ring installation, achieving overall sealing of the end face.

2. Side wall of cylinder

Uniformly distributed vertical grooves, with dual functions of lightweight and heat dissipation. The groove positions can reserve side interface processing positions.

3. Internal cavity

Multi channel fully connected to the bottom of the cylinder, with smooth inner walls and no steps, suitable for conveying media such as hydraulic oil, compressed air, and cooling water.
