2. Ultra high dimensional accuracy: hole spacing, hinge groove, thread tolerance ± 0.02mm, high coaxiality after multi angle assembly, camera positioning will not deviate, and visual inspection equipment can fully meet the accuracy requirements;

3. Integrated molding without splicing: There is no welding deformation or loosening problem, and the durability of repeated rotation adjustment is much higher than that of sheet metal bending brackets.

1. Rough machining: Quickly mill the outer contour, reduce weight groove, and reserve 0.15mm allowance at the bottom of the hole;

2. Five axis precision machining: machining inclined surfaces, curved adjustable waist holes, and rounded corners to ensure the flatness of the inclined surfaces, and rotating and fitting without steps;

3. Double sided flipping processing: Process the mounting surface of the base and the camera bearing surface separately, with a unified reference and aligned front and back hole positions;

4. Thread processing: Threading of hinged locking holes, chamfering of installation holes with countersunk heads, and anti scratch treatment of C0.2 holes;

5. Precise deburring: Ultrasonic cleaning and manual oilstone polishing are used for the inner cavity and waist hole gaps to prevent aluminum shavings from scratching the camera casing.
